Workspace Prompts

Your organization prompt (set under Settings > AI > General) applies everywhere. If a workspace needs its own guidance — vocabulary, how records should be organized, what “done” means for that team — set a workspace prompt from that workspace’s settings, under AI.

Append or override

When you save a workspace prompt, choose how it combines with the organization prompt:

• Append — the workspace prompt is added alongside the organization prompt. Use this for guidance that’s specific to the workspace without dropping your org-wide standards.
• Override — the workspace prompt replaces the organization prompt entirely for conversations scoped to this workspace.

This only affects conversations where the AI Agent is working in that workspace — either because you opened the panel while viewing it, or because you brought it into the conversation with an @ mention (see Using the Assistant).
